You can earn cash back from BAMit 2-ways: By scanning your receipt and/or by making qualifying transactions with your eligible linked cards, based on the business's preference on deal redemption methods.     BAMit is super easy. Users redeem money-saving deals offered by their favorite local businesses. Users can also invite other users to their community to redeem money-saving deals and for every friend that signs up, they will receive cash back.

  • Who can use or join BAMit?

    If you own a smartphone, can download an app and scan a receipt, you can join BAMit! Everyone is welcome to be a BAMit user if they are looking for deals and promotions - we encourage everyone to sign up and become a loyal user with BAMit. BAMit invites any business that operates legally under state and federal laws in the United States to join the BAMit network. BAMit reserves the right to remove any business in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Almost any business can sign up.

  • How much does it cost to join BAMit?

    BAMit is free to join.

  • How do I sign up for BAMit?

    The BAMit app is available in the Apple Store or Google Play. Simply download the FREE app and go through the sign-up process. Be sure to complete your profile so you can earn cash back!

  • What types of deals are offered on BAMit?

    Businesses on BAMit can offer 2-types of money-saving deals and discounts; either a % OFF the entire transaction amount or a set $ OFF amount on the entire transaction executed by the consumer. Deals are posted, created, and adjusted by the individual business. BAMit does not control deals that are posted for a business.

  • Can I use cash or credit card to redeem a BAMit deal?

    Yes, you can! All BAMit deals are redeemed through the BAMit app or through our eligible linked card program. As I stated earlier, there are 2-ways to redeem deals with BAMit based on the option the business selected: #1 The RECEIPT SCAN Method: Users can redeem deals with any form of payment the business accepts. Just be sure to scan your receipt after your purchase to receive your cash back in your app wallet. #2 Using your eligible, LINKED CARDS: Users just have to make a qualifying transaction with any of their eligible linked cards and the cash back will be processed to their app wallet as soon as their purchased is verified. Either way....it really is that simple!

  • How is BAMit different from other discount apps?

    BAMit differs from other discount services because there are no upfront costs or equipment purchasing requirements. Businesses benefit from one of the lowest transaction fees around, and BAMit never charges a User to purchase a deal prior to redeeming it. Deals are redeemed directly at checkout and the cash back earnings are deposited into their wallet in the app.

Finding & Using BAMit Offers

  • What is a deal on BAMit?

    A deal is a discount offered by a business on the BAMit network. These discounts save our users money and earn them cash back through our app. While we do refer to them as BAMit deals, please realize that these deals are directly added by a business and are controlled by the business. BAMit does not add these deals, we simply provide the platform for businesses to add & edit their own deals to the user community at any time.

  • How do I redeem a deal on BAMit?

    Simply use the category options or search bar located on the home screen of the BAMit app to find the type of transaction you are looking to do…like get food from a restaurant, find an electrician, or get a tutor for your children, etc. Next, select the deal you wish to redeem. There are (2) ways to redeem deals with BAMit based on the option the business selected: #1 Businesses That Selected RECEIPT SCAN Method: You can redeem deals with any form of payment the business accepts. Just be sure to scan or upload your receipt after your purchase to receive your cash back in your app wallet. #2 Businesses That Selected CARD LINK Method: You must make a qualifying transaction with any of your eligible cards to receive your cash back. The cash back will be reflected in your BAMit app wallet as soon as your qualifying transaction is verified.

  • How are deal search results determined?

    BAMit search results are easy and convenient. Search results are generally determined based on your location. We display search results, based on your preferences, from the business closest to you to the most distant. You also have the option to search for an exact match based on the business name or by using keywords associated to the type of business or service you are looking to find.

  • If I split the check to pay for a deal, will the cash back be split?

    Only (1) Users enrolled in the program are eligible to earn cash back. If your meal partner isn't on BAMit, go to your INVITE FRIENDS icon and send them an invite via your app. It's a perfect opportunity to show them how to earn and save money. That way the next time you dine together, they can get the cash back!

  • How do I find additional information about a deal or business?

    For information about a deal or business tap on the business’s deal in the app and it will provide a thorough description of the business and the deal being offered. You can also find their hours of operation and a link to their website.

  • How many deals can I redeem per day?

    Unlimited! You may redeem as many deals as you like per day, there is no cap on redeeming deals. Remember, the more deals you redeem, the more cash back you earn.

  • Can I redeem a deal more than once?

    A deal can be redeemed as many times or as long as it is on the BAMit app. Parameters of redeeming a deal are set by the business. If there are restrictions, the business will have them outlined in the deal description.

  • What if I had a bad experience redeeming a deal?

    First off, that's a bummer, and we are so sorry you had this experience. If you had a bad experience redeeming a deal, please tap the ANY ISSUES REDEEMING YOUR DEAL? button on the deal description page at the bottom or contact us at info@bamit.com and we will address the issue immediately.

  • What if a business on BAMit won't accept my deal/discount on the app?

    We never anticipate this happening, as businesses use the BAMit platform to keep customers coming back again and again. However, if you find a deal from a business on the BAMit network and they do not allow you to redeem your deal, on the REDEEM A DEAL page, simply tap the ANY ISSUES REDEEMING YOUR DEAL? button and select from the options to let us know you had a problem or contact us at info@bamit.com. We will do our best to resolve it immediately.

  • What is your refund policy?

    If you would like a refund, please contact the business directly for more information on their refund policies. Then we will work with the business to remove the cash back earnings you received in your app wallet associated to that transaction. Remember, the deals you redeem are controlled by the business, not BAMit.

Your User Account

  • How do I become a BAMit user?

    Simply go to your iOS App Store for iPhone and iPad or to the Google Play Store for Android located on your smartphone. Use the search field to type in BAMit and you will be able to download the app. Once the app is loaded onto your smartphone, open the app and sign-up to become an official shopper with BAMit. To start finding deals on the BAMit app, tap the DEALS tab in the app and pick from any of the categories to find a discount you like.

  • How do I redeem a deal on BAMit?

    All deals are redeemed after you have completed your purchase at any participating BAMit businesses. There are 2-ways for redeeming deals and receiving your cash back. #1 - Select a deal you wish to redeem, if the business has chosen the RECEIPT SCAN method: Tap the "SCAN RECEIPT & EARN cash back" button and you will then take a picture of the receipt or upload the receipt image to verify your purchase and receive your cash back earnings in your app wallet. #2 - If the business has chosen the LINKED CARD method: You just need to pay with any of your eligible LINKED CARDS and you will automatically receive the discount from the merchant in the form of cash back earnings in your app wallet as soon as the qualifying transaction is verified.

  • How do I invite my friends to BAMit?

    To invite a friend to BAMit, Tap the INVITE icon located at the bottom of the home screen in the app and then Tap the MY FRIENDS button. Next, Tap the blue INVITE FRIENDS bar. This will then allow you to choose from (3) methods to invite your friends and family. Here are your options: Enter their email address or their cellphone number, and then tap SEND INVITE. ***However, the most popular and efficient way is to Tap the red GET REFERAL LINK button and this will copy the link to your clipboard. This will give you the ability to send the invite individually or to a group through a text or email message. Once they receive your invitation, they can complete the registration to become a user by clicking on the link and completing the sign-up process. You can see all the people you invited that successfully signed-up in your profile under the SETTINGS tab and then clicking the FRIENDS icon. BAM! You just invited your friends and family to be a part of this awesome community focused platform.

  • How do I transfer my cash back to my bank account?

    After you have earned valuable cash back from making a qualifying purchase at participating BAMit businesses by either using an eligible LINKED CARD or by using the RECEIPT SCAN process (and you have at least $30 in your account), you can withdraw your money through our electronic process. The process is easy, you simply must provide an email address and/or phone number and we will pay you through PayPal e-transfer. To receive your money, simply tap on the MY WALLET icon located at the bottom of the home screen, then tap the red WITHDRAW button and you will receive your money! ***Transfer of funds occurs through an external service and might take up (5) business days to show up in your bank account. Amounts over $250 may be subject to review and may take up to (7) business days to show up in your bank account.

  • How does my Charity get paid?

    Each week money you have designated to your CHARITY is automatically transferred electronically to your CHARITY'S account in your name. Then, whenever the CHARITY chooses, they can withdraw all their funds by clicking on a button in their dashboard.

  • Can I report a business if I experience issues with a deal?

    We take pride in having quality businesses on BAMit. While we do not anticipate any problems during the redemption process you will have the option to tap the ANY ISSUES REDEEMING YOUR DEAL? button and choose from a variety of concerns. Tap OTHER if you do not see your issue. Please give us a brief description of the issue you are experiencing, and we will take care of the rest.

  • How can I update the name on my profile?

    Within the BAMit app, go to the SETTINGS icon, then tap the MY PROFILE icon. Next, tap the EDIT INFO button that looks like a PENCIL. This will now allow you to edit your name. You must tap the red SAVE CHANGES button at the bottom of the app screen for the edits to process.

  • How do I update the email address I use to log into my account?

    Within the BAMit app, go to the SETTINGS icon, then tap the MY PROFILE icon. Next, tap the EDIT INFO button that looks like a PENCIL. This will allow you to Edit/replace your email address. You must tap the red SAVE CHANGES button at the bottom of the app screen for the edits to process.

  • How can I update my username in my profile?

    Your username is your email address. Within the BAMit app, go to the SETTINGS icon, then tap the MY PROFILE icon. Next, tap the EDIT INFO button that looks like a PENCIL. This will allow you to Edit/replace your email address, which is your username. You must tap the red SAVE CHANGES button at the bottom of the app screen for the edits to process.

  • How do I update the password for my account?

    Within the BAMit app, go to the SETTINGS icon, then tap the MY PROFILE icon. Next, tap the EDIT INFO button that looks like a PENCIL. This will allow you to update your password (6 Characters Minimum). You must tap the red SAVE CHANGES button at the bottom of the app screen for the edits to process.

  • How can I see all the deals redeemed in my community?

    You can see all the deals and promotions that have been redeemed by going to your MY WALLET icon. You can review all the businesses where you have redeemed deals and see your cash back earnings.

  • How do I sign up for the BAMit email subscriber list?

    The email address you used when signing-up for the BAMit app, will automatically be subscribed to the BAMit email list. If you wish to no longer receive BAMit emails, you may unsubscribe at any time. But before you unsubscribe, be sure to check out a few of the digital communications sent out because there is a wealth of information that will be very beneficial in keeping you up-to-date on new businesses joining daily, special events, etc.

  • Can I have multiple BAMit accounts?

    Yes, users can have as many accounts as they like, however we suggest sticking with one account because you cannot transfer cash back from one account to another.

  • How do I enable location services on my mobile device?

    iOS device: Go to the settings, tap LOCATION, and tap ON. Make sure to select WHILE USING APP or ALWAYS. Android device: Go to the settings, tap LOCATION. Go to GOOGLE LOCATION REPORTING, then LOCATION REPORTING and tap ON.

  • How do I deactivate my BAMit account?

    By deleting the app from your smartphone, you will no longer have the ability to redeem deals via RECEIPT SCAN or CARD LINK. You can also contact us directly at info@bamit.com and we can remove you in our admin dashboard as a user with BAMit.

  • How can I add a business to BAMit?

    To invite a business to BAMit, Tap the INVITE icon located at the bottom of the home screen in the app and then Tap the INVITE BUSINESSES button. Next, you simply fill out all the required information in the business sign up form provided in the app. If a * is in the form field, that indicates that this is required information necessary to successfully sign up the business you are working with to become an official BAMit Business Partner. Once all of the required information is completed in the form, Tap the red ADD BUSINESS button located at the bottom of the sign up form screen in the app. This will immediately generate a verification email to be sent to the business’s email that was provided during the sign up process. The business will need to open this email and Click on the link that will redirect them to sign up form. They will be prompted to review all the information that was initially completed in the sign up form to ensure it is all correct. Next to complete the process they will be required to create a password for their account, add a valid credit card for the billing charges associated to the cash back deal they are providing to user and the BAMit fee associated to each successfully executed BAMit transaction completed through RECEIPT SCAN or the LINKED CARD method, and finally review the Terms & Conditions provided and √ Check the box for completion.

  • Can I access my account on a computer?

    Currently, you can only access BAMit through a mobile app. However, in the future we will be opening more traditional online portals.

Earning & Cashing-Out Cash Back

  • Does my cash back expire?

    No. All available cash back showing in your wallet never expires and BAMit will never disable any user account for inactivity.

  • How do I earn cash back on BAMit?

    Earning cash back on BAMit is easy! 1.Businesses that are utilizing the LINKED CARD Option: Simply, Link your eligible cards to the app. Then view different offers around you on BAMit utilizing the geolocation feature from the app. Then shop and dine using your linked card(s) like any other day at our participating merchant locations. Once you make a qualifying purchase, you will receive your cash back in your BAMit account as soon as your qualifying transaction is verified. 2.Businesses that are utilizing the RECEIPT SCAN Option: Simply view different offers around you on BAMit utilizing the geolocation feature from the app. Then choose the business you want to redeem a deal at and make your purchase utilizing any method of payment. Once your purchase is complete, tap on the RECEIPT SCAN & EARN cash back button and follow the prompts in the app to take a picture or upload the receipt. Then BAM! your cash back will immediately go into your BAMit wallet. **Utilize the itemized receipt that shows the complete total of your purchase. **If prompted to enter your receipt total by the app, never include any gratuity/tip in your total for processing.

  • When will I see my cash back on the app?

    Cash back earned from our merchants utilizing the LINKED CARD option will be available in your BAMit account as soon as the qualifying transaction is verified. Cash back earned from our merchants utilizing the RECEIPT SCAN option will be available in your BAMit account on a real-time basis and you will be able to see it in your BAMit wallet as soon as you make your purchase and process the receipt scanned transaction. In all instances, if you do not receive your cash back within (5) days after your purchase was made, please reach out to us at info@bamit.com. *Earned cash back for a Qualifying Transaction potentially may take up to (5) business days from the date a Qualifying Transaction is made for the related earned cash back to be eligible for withdrawal in your BAMit account until we are notified that a Qualifying Transaction has been fully settled between the merchant and third party service providers.*

  • Can I add the same card onto different BAMit accounts?

    Once a card is connected, it is associated with your specific account. The same card cannot be linked to another BAMit account like for your spouse or child while it is still linked to your BAMit account. This prevents fraud and protects our users. If you would like to link your card to a different account, you'll first need to unlink it from your current account.

  • What do I do if I don't see the cash back in my BAMit account?

    If you have followed the steps, completed the purchase, and it has been more than (5) business days since you completed the purchase, please contact us info@bamit.com and we will be happy to assist you.

  • How do I transfer my cash back to my bank account?

  • What do I do if I don't receive or see my cash back in my PayPal account?

    Please allow up to (7) business days for your cash back to appear within your account. If you do not receive your cash back after (7) business days, and the app has not notified you of a service outage, please contact us at info@bamit.com.

  • What if I want to use a different email or phone number to transfer my cash back earnings?

    BAMit will transfer your funds via our PayPal e-transfer service using the email address or phone number provided when you signed up on the BAMit app. If you need to make any updates to your information, go into your app, then tap the SETTINGS icon at the bottom of the home page. Next, tap the MY PROFILE icon and then tap the EDIT INFO pencil icon. This will allow you to edit any personal profile information associated with app. Once completed, remember to tap the red SAVE CHANGES button. We are also available to assist you at info@bamit.com

  • How can I keep track of the cash back I've received?

    Check your BAMit balance directly on the BAMit app. Just open your app and tap the MY WALLET icon on the bottom of your screen. In this section you will see all your cash back activity. · “cash back Available” is the amount of cash back you have accrued in your BAMit wallet. · “Lifetime Savings” is the total amount of cash back you have earned through BAMit since signing up. · “Lifetime Donations” is the amount of monies you have donated to your designated charities through cash back earnings through the BAMit. (This is an accumulation of monies donated since adding a charity into your app and will represent more than one charity if you have changed your charity partner at any time since signing up on the app.) You are eligible to redeem your earned cash back using our PayPal e-transfer service once the available cash back is $30 or more.

  • How does my Charity get paid?

  • Does it matter how I pay for my purchases when using BAMit?

    Yes. Remember, if it is a LINKED CARD business, you can only earn cash back through BAMit when you pay using an eligible card you have linked to the BAMit app. If it is a RECEIPT SCAN business, you can earn cash back through utilizing any form of payment recognized by the business.

  • Do I receive cash back if I order through third party food delivery or pickup apps?

    No, only when you execute a qualifying transaction directly with the business on the app will you be able to receive cash back with the BAMit.

  • Can I return an item associated with a BAMit offer?

    It depends on the participating merchant’s return policy. BAMit does not impose any restrictions on returns. If you receive a full or partial refund from the merchant, we will adjust the appropriate amount of cash back awarded associated to that transaction from your BAMit wallet account balance. Please refer to the merchant’s return period and policies for details.

BAMit Business Partners

  • What is a BAMit Business Partner?

    Any business that offers a deal or promotion on the BAMit network and sells to the public is a BAMit business partner. Almost all businesses that sell to the public may join the BAMit network. BAMit does not discriminate and allows most businesses that operate legally under state and federal laws in the United States. BAMit reserves the right to remove any business in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

  • Is there a cost for a business to sign up with BAMit?

    Sign up is completely free and no additional start up fees or hardware are required to use the app. With sign up, businesses benefit from a free app that customers will use to redeem deals in their location, a free business dashboard that provides businesses with valuable analytics to track all their deals and see how they perform, and the benefits of a free cash back loyalty program for customers to earn points each time they spend money at their location. There is zero risk to try BAMit.

  • How do I redeem a deal on BAMit?

    Open the BAMit App from your smartphone and then simply Tap on one of the categories located on the home screen or utilize the advanced search field located towards the top of the home screen to search by Business Name, Key Word Associated to Your Desired Need, Zip Code, City, Etc. Then select the deal you wish to redeem. There are 2-ways to earn cash back through the RECEIPT SCAN or eligible LINKED CARD options based on the method chosen by the business. #1 - RECEIPT SCAN method: Tap the "SCAN RECEIPT & EARN cash back" button and you will then take a picture of the receipt or upload the receipt image to verify your purchase and receive your cash back earnings in your app wallet. #2 - LINKED CARD method: You just need to pay with any of your eligible LINKED CARDS and you will automatically receive the discount from the merchant in the form of cash back earnings in your app wallet as soon as the qualifying transaction is verified.

  • How much does BAMit charge for its service?

    Businesses benefit from one of the lowest transaction fees around. Any customer that goes into a business and redeems a deal, and completes a transaction is considered a redeemed deal on BAMit. Remember, BAMit does not get paid unless we bring customers to you.

  • How does BAMit get paid?

    When a business is requested to verify their account, they will provide a credit card during registration to become active on the BAMit network. This information goes directly to our processing service called Stripe. BAMit does not receive any credit card information, nor can BAMit ever access this information. Each week, the business’s credit card will be charged the low transaction fee for each redeemed deal that occurred from the prior week. Businesses will receive a statement each week on Sunday night for them to review the transactions processed. They will then be charged the following Sunday night, for the prior week’s transaction activity. We provide a full week for the business to review the current transactions, thus making our payment processing 1 week in the rears. Remember, BAMit does not collect any money if we do not bring YOU business!

  • How secure is my credit card information?

    Stripe is one of the most respected and secure processing companies in the world. If you trust your credit card to make charges at businesses like Amazon, Target, Lyft, Kickstarter, Blue Apron, Girl Scouts of America, and over 100,000 other businesses, then you can trust your credit card with BAMit, because we use the same processing company.

  • What are the responsibilities of a BAMit business?

    BAMit wants to make using the app an awesome and easy experience for everyone. Businesses do not have any set responsibilities other than to post their deals and then accept and verify the deal being redeemed.

  • What are the qualifying guidelines for a business wanting to join BAMit?

    BAMit does not discriminate and allows all businesses that operate legally under state and federal laws in the United States. BAMit reserves the right to remove any business in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

  • How do I add a deal for my business?

    Adding a deal is quick and easy. Go to your business dashboard, tap MANAGE DETAILS. Click on the + sign to the right of the dashboard. Enter the deal title, and the details of your deal, upload a picture of your deal, and tap CONTINUE. BAM! You have added your deal. You can use the same process to change or modify a deal at any time.

  • How do I remove my business from BAMit?

    We'll feel terrible if any business on the BAMit network wanted to remove their business page. Please contact customer support at info@bamit.com and one of our representatives will assist you.

  • Can I turn my deal on and off whenever I want?

    You betcha! This can be done through the business dashboard. We wanted to make the App super simple to use, so you can add, delete, or change deals when it is convenient for you. Hopefully you'll have as much fun using the app as we did designing it.

  • How can I see the analytics of how my business is doing?

    All transactions can be seen on the business dashboard. Log into http://app.bamit.com/businesses to access your business dashboard.

  • How do I change the address of my business?

    We totally get that sometimes your business may move, especially when you expand and grow. We love to see businesses grow! If a business wants to change their address, please log into the business dashboard http://app.bamit.com/businesses and edit the business information.

  • Why was my business rejected on BAMit?

    Your business must sell to the public and be legally operating under state and federal laws of the United States. If you did not complete the verification and registration process, your business may not have been activated. Contact our customer service if you are having difficulty seeing your business on the BAMit network at info@bamit.com

  • Why isn't the BAMit business page I added appearing when I search for it?

    We get it can be really frustrating not to see the fruits of your labor when growing your local community of active customers. It may be that your business is not on the BAMit network because you have not completed the verification and registration process. If you signed up your business, make sure you have completed these vital steps. If you know your registration is complete, but you still don't see your business in the community, please contact our customer service to resolve the issue at info@bamit.com

Eligible Card Linking

  • What type of cards can I link to BAMit?

    Currently we support eligible Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Please Note: Not all Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards are eligible for registration. Visa, Mastercard, and American Express Corporate cards, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express Purchasing cards, non-reloadable prepaid cards, government-administered prepaid cards (including EBT cards), healthcare (including Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or insurance prepaid cards, Visa Buxx, and Visa, Mastercard, and American Express branded cards whose transactions are not processed through the Visa U.S.A payment system, Mastercard payment system, and/or American Express payment system are not eligible to participate.

  • Why do you need my card information, and why should I link them to BAMit?

    Our discount program is not like traditional programs with coupons or loyalty punch-cards that you must cut out or bring with you. Some of our deals offered rely on qualifying transaction data from purchases made with your LINKED CARD(S) at our participating merchant partner locations to apply cash back to your BAMit wallet. Connect as many of your eligible cards with the BAMit app. That way, any eligible card you use is eligible to earn cash back for your BAMit account.

  • Can I link more than one card?

    Yes. We encourage you to link all your eligible cards so you can earn more cash back. To check which card companies are partnered with BAMit, open the BAMit app, Tap the SETTINGS icon on your bottom right corner of the app home screen. Next Tap on the WALLET SETTINGS icon and then the blue LINK ELIGIBLE CARD button to see the partnering card companies.

  • Can I add the same card onto different BAMit accounts?

    Once a card is connected, it is associated with your specific account. The same card cannot be linked to another BAMit account — like for your spouse or child – while it is still linked to your BAMit account. This prevents fraud and protects our users. If you would like to link your card to a different account, you will first need to unlink it from your current account.

  • How do I reactive or unlink a card I have previously linked to BAMit?

    To reactivate or unlink a card on the BAMit app: Open the BAMit app. Tap the SETTINGS icon located in the bottom right corner of the screen. Next, Tap the WALLET SETTINGS icon. Here you will see a list of your Active Cards. To the right of each card you will see a box indicating if the card is active or inactive. Simply Tap on the green box labeled ACTIVE √” or the red box labeled “INACTIVE –“ to the right of the card you wish to permanently unlink. A POP-UP will appear asking you “Would you like to reactivate or unenroll your card from the BAMit cash back program?” Next choose the action you would like to preform by Tapping either the blue box on the left to REACTIVATE or the white box on the right to UNENROLL.

  • What if I am not able to link my card?

    First off, please ensure that you are on the latest BAMit app build by looking for updates in the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. BAMit app will allow you to link any eligible Visa & Mastercard cards. Once a card is linked/connected, it is associated with your specific BAMit account and with the email address you registered on the app. You will need to delete that card from your BAMit account if you want to link that card on to a different BAMit account with a different email address. For clarity, you cannot link a card to (2) different email addresses. This prevents fraud and protects our users.

  • Other instances as to why you cannot link an eligible card may be due to one of the following:

    BAMit app does not link to gift cards or PayPal cards. The card you are trying to link may be already linked to a different BAMit account. Note: You cannot link the same card to two (2) different BAMit accounts. This includes any instance of a card with an authorized user—although the names on the cards may be different, if the card number is the same, it can only be associated with one (1) BAMit account. Our recommendation is to reach out to your bank or the credit card company to see if you can get cards with separate numbers. This may work with some banks or card companies but not others. Once you link your eligible card(s), please allow 1-2 days to ensure your card(s) have been registered with the BAMit network. You can start earning cash back with businesses that have selected the LINKED CARD option once your card(s) are successfully linked into the BAMit app.

  • How do I let you know if I found an issue on the app?

    Found something that is not working quite right? Please let us know! Just go into your BAMit app and go to SETTINGS icon located at the bottom of the home screen > then Tap the HELP icon > then Tap CONTACT US to send us an email at info@bamit.com. This will open your email application. Please be sure to fill out the fields and enter a detailed description of your issue, including a screenshot, so we can get a glimpse of what you are seeing.

  • How do I reset my password?

    Forgot your password? No problem. Simply Tap the FORGOT PASSWORD button. You will receive an email that is associated to your BAMit app with a link to reset your password.

  • How do I reach Customer Support?

    Send us an email to info@bamit.com. or within the app Tap on the SETTINGS icon on the bottom of the screen, then Tap the HELP icon, and then Tap CONTACT US to send us an email at info@bamit.com. This will open your email application. Please be sure to fill out the fields and enter a detailed description of your inquiry.   • Why is my account suspended?

    Your account may be suspended because we have detected possible fraudulent activity, or you have potentially violated our Terms & Conditions. When your account is suspended your earned cash back is no longer available for transfer. You may request a review of your account’s suspension. However, if we’ve determined you have violated our Terms & Conditions your account will be permanently deactivated, you will permanently be restricted from using BAMit, any transfers currently in progress will be halted, and your earned cash back will be forfeited.
